The recipes within this book are curated by Victoria P. Davis, author of Addicted to Health: Going with God to Break Free from a Health-Obsessed Culture.
Victoria was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome at age 7. Sugar and artificial ingredients made her tics and symptoms worse, so she began developing her own recipes, which led to working at a vegan bakery in New York City, the opening of a mobile bakery in Guatemala City, and the founding of Avidity Wellness Consulting & Events, where she enjoys curating alternative recipes and hosting health-conscious workshops and classes.

This cookbook is a compilation of some of her favorite baked goods that she can enjoy without causing a reaction, which is why she is sharing it with the world so that others with similar neurological conditions can also enjoy baked goods.

The recipes are classified based on different dietary needs and preferences so that you can pick what works for you. Look for dietary categories and keywords to help you pick out the recipes that work best for your needs.

Inside, you will find simple, yet delicious, baking recipes that are free from refined ingredients and are flexible to fit your food allergies, needs, or preferences.

There are more than a dozen recipes to bake along with sauces and spreads to pair with the recipes inside!
